Raremanfit exists for the man who's done settling. Who's ready to face every hard thing head-on and build a life that actually reflects the man he knows he can be.

My Story

I was the
worst.
Then I wasn't.

In 2018 I hit rock bottom. Failed business. Dead broke. Alcohol controlling every decision. I had to pack up my family, leave California, and move in with my father-in-law just to survive.

I realized alcohol wasn't just a bad habit — it was robbing me of my real potential and sending a dangerous message to everyone watching: my wife, my kids, my friends, my business partners.

"I decided to face every hard thing head-on — sober. That decision changed everything."

5 years later I've rebuilt it all. Health. Family. Finances. Faith. Purpose. I've quietly helped dozens of men do the same — for free — because I knew what it felt like to need someone who'd actually been there.

Now I'm making it official. I only share what has truly worked for me. No theory. No shortcuts. Just the truth of what I lived.

  • 2018 — The Bottom
    Business failure, financial ruin, alcohol-driven decisions. Forced to relocate family. Lowest point of my life.
  • 2019 — The Decision
    Made the choice to get sober. Not rehab — sheer decision and discipline. Began rebuilding from zero.
  • 2020–2022 — The Rebuild
    Rebuilt health, finances, family life and spiritual foundation simultaneously. Started helping others informally.
  • 2022 — Raremanfit Launched
    Started the Instagram page to share what was working. Fitness, diet, philosophy, sobriety — real life, real results.
  • Today — 5 Years Sober
    Coaching men through the same transformation. Life is extraordinary. And the best is still ahead.
